一、查 106 年 5 月 26 日修正之師資培育法第 22 條第 1 項規定略以, 通過教師資格考試且依中小學兼任代課及代理教師聘任辦法聘任之代理教師,符合該條所定於偏遠地區學校之任教條件 且經評定成績及格者,得以其 2 年任教年資抵免修習教育實習。
二、為擴大偏遠地區學校師資來源,偏遠地區學校代理教師嗣後擔任公立中小學教師時,其代理教師年資經依師資培育法第 22 條第 1 項規定用以抵免修習教育實習者,如符合教師待遇條例第 9 條第 1 項等相關規定,得採計提敘薪級。
三、現職公立中小學教師如符合說明二情形,得於 3 個月內申請依本函改敘,並自即日起生效;逾期申請者,自申請之日生效。
