一、依據本府人事處案陳銓敘部 111 年 11 月 24 日部退一字第 11155118892 號函辦理，並檢附原函及附件影本。
二、按各機關對於公教人員保險及公（政）務人員退撫法令之適用及實務運作等疑義，歷係由銓敘部以行政令釋加以補充規範，茲以公務人員退休資遣撫卹法自 107 年 7 月 1 日起施行後，因該法及其相關配套法令更迭，致部分解釋已無適用情形等由而應予廢止（停止適用），為避免誤續援用，銓敘部彙整計 332 則解釋如旨揭一覽表（含公教人員保險 44 則、公(政)務人員退休(職)230 則及公務人員撫卹部分 58 則），並自所列日期起生效。
